Shipping

To ensure live stock heath all items are packed in 100% Oxygen and are shipped in Styrofoam shipping container. All corals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight and are covered under our live arrival guarantee policy. You may combine up to four items for no additional cost, after that additional shipping charges may or may not be included.

Live arrival is only guaranteed within the 48 state regions. The package must be signed for on first delivery attempt and cannot be delayed due to mechanical or weather related issues by the shipping company. Depending on weather we highly recommend that the package be held at the nearest FedEx facility/Kinko's for pickup. If weather is below 50 deg. or above 90 deg. the package must be held for pickup to be covered under the guarantee policy.

In the rare event of shipping loss pictures must be emailed within 2 hours of delivery. There is no guarantee outside of the 48 states, but we will try to work with you depending on circumstances. The guarantee is full credit of DOA items on a future shipment and does not cover shipping charges. We always want our customers to be happy and will do what we can to make this possible!
